1. Information We Collect

  • GitHub Profile: name, email, avatar, and GitHub ID via OAuth sign-in.
  • Resume Data: the file you upload and the information extracted from it (experience, skills, education, etc.).
  • Usage Data: credit balance, feature usage history, and generated reports/portfolios.
  • Payment Data: handled entirely by Razorpay — we do not store card or bank details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your resume content is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI models to generate ATS scores, critiques, rewrites, interview questions, and portfolio content. Your GitHub access token is used solely to publish your generated portfolio to your own GitHub Pages repository, with the "repo" scope you explicitly grant during sign-in.

3. Data Storage

Resume text, parsed profiles, reports, and usage history are stored in our secure database tied to your account. Uploaded files are processed in-memory and not retained as raw files on disk.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): processes resume text to generate AI outputs.
  • GitHub: OAuth authentication and portfolio publishing.
  • Razorpay: payment processing for credit purchases.
  • Vercel: application hosting.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. We will remove your resumes, reports, and profile data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. payment records).

6. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for authentication (NextAuth) only. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time via your account or by contacting us. You may revoke GitHub access permissions at any time via your GitHub settings.
