Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased via Razorpay are used to access AI-powered features (ATS scoring, rewrites, portfolio generation, interview prep). Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods, sales are generally final. Refunds will be considered only for:

  • Duplicate payments: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Technical delivery failures: If a feature fails due to a system error and credits were deducted without delivering the result.
  • Demonstrably corrupted files: If the output delivered (resume, portfolio, report) is corrupted or unusable, with evidence provided.

3. Cancellation

Profolio does not currently offer recurring subscriptions — credits are one-time purchases. There is nothing to "cancel"; simply stop using the Service at any time. Your account and unused credits remain accessible.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email satyamurti161@gmail.com with your account email, the transaction ID (from Razorpay), and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
